Manchester City resumes its Champions League campaign today as Pep Guardiola takes his players to Villarreal.
The Citizens picked up four points from their opening two games in Europe, beating Napoli at the Etihad Stadium before drawing away to Monaco, and they are showing signs that they could once again be a major force to be reckoned with after a relatively disappointing 2024-25 season.
Villarreal should prove to be tough opposition, though, having started the season in encouraging form. Villarreal sits third in the La Liga standings behind Real Madrid and Barcelona, and held Juventus to a 2-2 draw last time out in the Champions League.
What time is kick-off?
The game between Villarreal and City kicks off at 8pm UK time. That means it's a 5pm kick-off Eastern Time, and a 12pm kick-off Pacific Time.
Is the game on TV?
Fans in the UK will be able to watch all the action live on TNT Sports 1. The game will also be available to watch through TNT's streaming services, either online or via the app.
