As the NBA broadcast world turns and the calendar shifts to late October, we’ve compiled a handy dandy Dallas Mavericks TV schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
For a second consecutive season, local fans, as well as Mavericks fans in 13 other markets throughout Texas and surrounding states, will be able to watch 65 of the team’s regular season games on KFAA Channel 29. All locally broadcast games will also appear on the team’s streaming service, MavsTV.
Fifteen games will be broadcast simultaneously on Dallas-Fort Worth’s WFAA Ch. 8, plus an additional three games as part of the NBA’s exclusive national broadcast agreement with ABC. Overall, the Mavericks are scheduled to make 23 national television appearances this season, with games on ABC, ESPN, Amazon Prime Video, NBC and NBC’s streaming platform Peacock.
The good news for those who have resisted the call of the Peacock is that nine of the 10 Mavs games that NBC holds the rights for this year will be simulcast on both NBC and the subscription service. Only one game this year is exclusively on Peacock — the Nov. 1 game at the Detroit Pistons, which for some reason tips off at 9 p.m. NBC will basically take the place of TNT in the NBA broadcast pecking order this season (queue [John Tesh’s Roundball Rock](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avlMZQaKPjg)).
All games that are not otherwise nationally broadcast will be available on NBA League Pass, for those who subscribe. There may, however, be blackouts on League Pass, depending on where you’re viewing from.
The Mavs tip the season off on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m., when they host the San Antonio Spurs. That game will be broadcast on ESPN.
Dallas will play five games this year broadcast on Prime Video, [where franchise legends Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash will serve as studio analysts](/2025/5/1/24420564/nowitzki-and-nash-amazon-prime-nba-broadcast-boston-celtics). Four of those games are exclusive to Amazon, while the Feb. 7 game at San Antonio will be simulcast on MavsTV.
Here is your official Mavericks 2025-26 broadcast schedule, as released by the team on Oct. 6.
