EDDIE Howe has made three changes to his [Newcastle United](http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sport/football/newcastle?ref=au) side for tonight's Champions League game against Benfica.
Sandro Tonali drops to the bench after suffering with illness, which forced the midfielder to sit out of Monday's training session.
He is replaced by Lewis Miley, with Jacob Ramsey also coming into the midfield in the place of Joelinton.
The other change is on the right flank, with Jacob Murphy replacing Anthony Elanga.
Murphy made a difference from the bench at Brighton at the weekend after replacing Elanga at half-time.
Elanga struggled at the Amex Stadium, but Howe jumped to the defence of the summer signing afterwards saying the former Manchester United youngster will go on to become a "great player" for the Magpies. But it's no surprise he drops out tonight.
Nick Pope starts in goal, behind an unchanged defence of Kieran Trippier, Malick Thiaw, Sven Botman and Dan Burn.
Bruno plays in midfield with Ramsey and Miley, with Murphy and Anthony Gordon supporting Nick Woltemade.
