A look at the early injury news ahead of West Ham’s trip to Yorkshire to take on Leeds United.

Leeds will also be looking to bounce back here after a disappointing defeat at Burnley, and this could be an important game in the relegation battle in the long term, with Leeds having a four-point advantage over the Iron at this stage.

There are three big points on the line at Elland Road, and Santo will be desperate to see his side stand up to the occasion in another standalone televised game. Ahead of the game, we have rounded up the latest injury news surrounding both teams.

Harry Gray - Doubt

Farke has said: “Harry is out of training at the moment; he needs a few more days. He'll be back in team training next week.” This one could come too soon for him, but Gray has not been ruled out yet.

Wilfried Gnonto - Doubt

Gnonto is a doubt here but could well return. Farke has said: “With Willy, he won't be able to be with us for this game. His calf issue is sorted, but he used the international break to have a little hernia surgery. It's not a major thing, but he will be back in team training next week and maybe available for next Friday.”

Noah Okafor - Doubt

Okafor missed out last time out with a fresh issue, and he will remain a doubt here. Farke has said: “Noah is struggling a bit with some adductor issues.”

Niclas Fullkrug - Out

Fullkrug’s issue will keep him out here, with no clear date for his return. Santo has said: “He just made a scan. We are still waiting for the results, then we can say exactly what the time is going to be. No estimation at the moment.”

George Earthy - Out

Earthy is not going to be back until late November due to a hamstring injury. Santo confirmed before the break: “I think George will be four to six weeks [following a hamstring injury for the U21s].”
