Enzo Maresca refused to confirm if Marc Guiu would start for Chelsea against Ajax in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
The Blues welcome the Dutch giants to Stamford Bridge looking to make it back to back wins in the Champions League, after victory against Benfica last time out.
Given the Blues still have to face the likes of Barcelona and tough trips to Qarabag, Napoli and Atalanta, three points against Ajax is an absolute must for their qualification chances.

Chelsea recorded a 3-0 win against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, but Maresca is once again likely to shuffle his pack.
Joao Pedro is suspended after being sent off against Benfica, meaning one of Guiu or Tyrique George will likely lead the line,
Guiu has yet to start a game since being recalled from Sunderland, but he impressed as a half time substitute against Forest.

Alan Shearer claimed Guiu changed the game and labelled him as “clever”, and the Spain under-21 international deserves an opportunity from the start.
However, when asked whether Guiu would start, Maresca refused to confirm and stated a decision was yet to be made.
“Yes, we have him, we have also Tyrique [George],” he told his pre-match press conference.
“He played as a number nine in the past, he did well. He played against Benfica in the past, but we have different options.
“We see if we have one more session this afternoon and then we decide.”
Maresca trusts young striker
Guiu was handed some opportunities last season, mainly in the Conference League, but Maresca has insisted he trusts the teenager.

“So we are sure in the past that we trust Marc, now he is again with us and he is going to play the games for sure.”
