'He's scoring goals like we've seen in training' - Albion ace takes league by storm

Amario Cozier-Duberry has been urged to keep scoring goals – whatever the division.

The on-loan [Albion](https://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/albion/?ref=au) winger is dazzling in League One with Bolton, notably late in their recent televised 2-1 win at Huddersfield.

Cozier-Duberry scored one and made another, both in added time, and now has three goals and four assists having been an ever-present starter in 13 league games.

Albion head coach Fabian Hurzeler said: “He is scoring goals like we have seen in training here so I am really pleased for him.

“I don’t care in some moments in which league he is playing, you need to score goals.

“You need to have the quality to score goals.

“I think it is not a big difference if you have the quality.

“I am very pleased how he is doing. We follow for sure his development and he needs to keep pushing.

“He is a Brighton player so he is there for a reason.

“I hope he can use his loan in an effective way and then let’s see what happens.”

Cozier-Duberry has stepped down a division having spent last season on loan at Blackburn in the Championship.

Loans manager Gordon Greer recently visited the 20-year-old Londoner and the Bolton staff to check on his progress.

Hurzeler said: “We always try together with our loan managers to really figure out what is best for the players what is best for his development.

“We try to make the decisions together.

“In some moments you need to take a step back to take two forward.

“In some moments it’s the right thing.”
