Tyler Dibling has three key objectives he must complete before becoming a regular starter for Everton.
Since completing a £40m transfer from Southampton, Tyler Dibling has started just one Premier League game.
David Moyes has preferred the more polished Iliman Ndiaye on the right wing, with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in the middle and Jack Grealish on the left.
The 19-year-old Everton star is still learning his trade as a wide player and has areas that he must improve if he wants to displace the more experienced attackers ahead of him.

Tyler Dibling must work on his speed
Dibling is excellent technically, but as a wide player, it’s imperative to have that burst of pace that gets you away from full-backs.
Judging from what we’ve seen from the teenager so far, and at Southampton, his acceleration needs work.
So, Dibling should be working with the Everton coaches around Finch Farm on speed training, which is something one of the best wingers in the league last season, Anthony Elanga, has been implementing in recent years.

Tyler Dibling should model his game on Riyad Mahrez and Arjen Robben
Being a left-footed right winger, Dibling should look no further than Riyad Mahrez and Arjen Robben for analysis.
Those two players mastered the ability to create a yard to cut in and bend a curling effort towards the far post.
At the moment, Dibling’s end product is lacking, so he should try to implement a simple but effective trick into his game that allows him to get more shots off.
In fact, according to the Liverpool Echo, Moyes’ assistants Leighton Baines and Billy McKinlay have been taking him through clips of Robben and Franck Ribery.
Tyler Dibling must show more aggression in defensive duels
Lastly on the checklist is being more aggressive in the defensive side of his game. That is a must in any Moyes team.
Dibling is a hard worker, no doubt, but there is a lot more to it than just tracking back. The England under-21 international has to be firmer and more tenacious when trying to win the ball back.
According to FBref data, Ndiaye ranks in the top seven per cent for tackles per 90 compared to his positional peers.
Dibling, meanwhile, sits in the top 27 per cent, so it’s pretty obvious that area of his game needs improvement.
