After that, it suggested that the 30-year-old would really perform in his first full season for Villa, scoring 12 goals and providing nine assists in the 2026/27 season at Villa Park. He would join up with former Chelsea winger Jadon Sancho, who also joined Villa on a loan-to-buy deal from Manchester United.
Where else could Sterling go in January?
In terms of recent reports, there hasn’t been much transfer interest in the former Man City star, which is likely due to his sky high wages, but there is certainly still a good player in there somewhere.
