Jordan Love Made Franchise History With Impressive QB Stat

The Green Bay Packers didn’t need much time going from one franchise quarterback to the next.

Jordan Love was ready to take over as soon as Aaron Rodgers was gone, and he’s already made franchise history.

After throwing a TD pass in their Week 7 win against the Arizona Cardinals, Love is the sixth quarterback to have 70 passing touchdowns for the Packers.

Last week, Jordan Love became the 6th quarterback in the Packers' history to throw for 70 touchdowns.

Love has been a polarizing figure among fans for a while.

However, he’s quietly having the best season of his career, and while he’s not getting a lot of credit, perhaps it’s time to shift the narrative around him.

Love hasn’t turned the ball over as often as in previous years.

He’s been efficient, making good reads and decisions, and spreading the wealth to keep all of his pass catchers involved.

This is a team sport, and it takes much more than one player to get the job done.

But this is a quarterback league now more than ever, and being set at the position can put a team at least halfway there.

Of course, the bar will always be higher at Lambeau Field.

Going immediately from Brett Favre to Rodgers has spoiled Packers fans, and rightfully so.

As such, it will always be difficult to judge Love, or any future Green Bay quarterback, in the same way fans would do with any other QB from another team.
