Double defensive change: How West Ham could line up against fellow strugglers Leeds

West Ham United head coach Nuno Espirito Santo is set to make a double defensive change for Friday night's Premier League contest with Leeds United at Elland Road.

The Hammers will enter the match off the back of a 2-0 home defeat to Brentford, with the result leaving them down in 19th spot in the Premier League table.

The London club will again be without the services of Niclas Fullkrug and George Earthy on Friday due to injury problems, while the visitors have suffered a fresh injury blow.

Indeed, Konstantinos Mavropanos is out of the contest with the issue that he suffered in the latter stages of the clash with Brentford.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka and El Hadji Malick Diouf are set to be introduced back into the starting side on Friday, with Kyle Walker-Peters and Oliver Scarles expected to drop to the bench.

Tomas Soucek is in line to make his 200th Premier League appearance, while Andy Irving could retain his spot in the middle of midfield, with Lucas Paqueta again needed further forward.

Callum Wilson did not even get off the bench against Brentford despite the Hammers needing a goal, but the former Newcastle United striker will be hoping to be involved at some stage of this match.

West Ham United possible starting lineup:

Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Diouf; Irving, Soucek; Bowen, Summerville, Fernandes; Paqueta
