Six NFL teams are on bye in Week 8, including four quarterbacks currently ranked in the top-15 in their position in fantasy football scoring.

If you own one of those QBs (Matthew Stafford, Jared Goff, Sam Darnold, Trevor Lawrence) or the injured Jayden Daniels, then you’ve come to the right place.

Week 7 was a huge scoring week for quarterbacks, with Bo Nix, Jaxson Dart, and Justin Herbert each posting big numbers and finishing in the top-10 among all fantasy scorers.

Bo Nix (vs Dallas Cowboys)

Nix has had an up-and-down start to the fantasy season, and it looked to be getting worse as the Broncos were scoreless through three quarters in Week 7 against the Giants.

The second-year QB then scored four touchdowns (two passing, two rushing) in the fourth quarter to finish the week at QB1 and the top scorer across all of fantasy.

Facing a Cowboys defense that has allowed by far the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season, Nix is an auto-start in Week 8.

Caleb Williams (at Baltimore Ravens)

I mentioned Williams as a top waiver wire add ahead of Week 8, with Chicago facing a Ravens defense that can’t stop a nosebleed.

Williams has benefitted from the arrival of offensive-minded head coach Ben Johnson. The second-year signal-caller has 17+ fantasy points in four of six contests this season.

If Lamar Jackson returns for Baltimore, it could lend to a high-scoring contest, which benefits WIlliams as a fantasy asset in Week 8.

Jaxson Dart (at Philadelphia Eagles)

Dart has been a revelation in fantasy since coming in as the Giants starting quarterback, posting four straight games with at least 17.5 fantasy points.

The rookie finished QB3 in each of the past two weeks, yet he is still unowned in 44% of all Sleeper leagues.

Up against the Eagles for the second time in three weeks, Dart should be in your starting lineup.

Michael Penix Jr. (vs Miami Dolphins)

Penix Jr. is yet to find his footing in his first full season as Atlanta’s starting QB, but I like the Week 8 spot at home against a weak Miami team.

Penix’s numbers are much better at home than on the road. Atlanta’s QB has significantly more pass yards (861 to 548) and pass TD (4 to 1) in home games. On the season, Penix averages 19.4 fantasy points per home game, compared to 7.8 points per away game.
