Chicago Morgan Park senior Nasir Rankin was presented with his Navy All-American Bowl jersey as part of the Road to The Dome tour.
Finch will play in the annual East vs. West matchup inside the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday, January 10, 2026, live on NBC and Peacock, which marks the twenty-sixth anniversary of the event.
The nationwide Road to the Dome tour will honor 100 All-Americans with live and virtual jersey presentations. The series will be released weekly through social platforms across NBC Sports.
"It's a blessing and a dream come true to be able to be selected and to be a Navy All-American," he said. "I'm looking forward to playing against and being around all the top guys in the country like myself."
Rankin committed to Illinois in May.
He is the highest-ranked commit in Illinois' recruiting class. As a result, others have been hoping to get him to reconsider.
"Yes, other schools had still been trying to get in touch," he said. "I'm solid with Illinois as of right now and I do believe and what they're doing."
247Sports has Rankin a four-star, No. 88 overall prospect and No. 8 athlete.

Finch was selected by the Navy All-American Bowl Selection Committee, comprised of the All-American Bowl, 247Sports, and NXGN. Navy All-Americans are eligible for the Navy All-American Bowl Player of the Year Award, Anthony Muñoz Lineman of the Year Award, Defensive Player of the Year Award, Navy All-American Bowl Man of the Year, and Navy All-American Bowl Game MVP Award.
