PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - It was opening night in Rip City on Wednesday where the new-look Trail Blazers are out to record a winning season for the first time in five years.
Wednesday’s game ended in a loss to Minnesota with a score of 118-114 as the Blazers were outscored by the Timberwolves 30 to 19 in the 4th quarter.
Jerami grant put up 29 points off the bench, while Deni Avdija had 20, Shaedon Sharpe had 15, and Jrue Holiday had 14.
Portland now aims for their first win on Friday night against the Golden State Warriors.
