Everton season ticket holders able to resell tickets with new Apple Wallet technology

Everton Football Club has introduced new Apple Wallet pass designs that are aimed at providing a better experience for fans at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

The technology allows season ticket holders to list match tickets for resale or to transfer to fellow supporters.

It will also give users access to information such as stadium guides and real-time travel updates.

The innovation has been developed in collaboration with Everton’s access control provider Fortress GB.

“We’re always looking for ways to make the matchday experience more enjoyable and effortless for our fans,” said Lee Newman, Everton’s head of ticketing.

“This partnership with Fortress GB means our supporters will be among the first in world football to benefit from the latest in mobile access innovation – something we’re extremely proud of.”

Every Apple device running iOS26 will automatically utilise the new functionality while Android users will not be able to try the new technology currently.

“Everton is proud to become the first British football club to launch the new Apple Wallet passes via this collaboration, marking a major step forward in our ongoing commitment to improving the fan journey,” read a club statement.

“The new passes feature a refreshed, modern design and introduce a host of smart, integrated features to make accessing Hill Dickinson Stadium smoother than ever.”
