We may be only three rounds into the 2025-26 Champions League campaign, but things are already starting to take shape, with five teams - Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Inter, Arsenal and Real Madrid - having made perfect starts to the league phase. Matchday three also saw Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester City bounce back from disappointing results last time out in Europe as the continental giants vie for position in the top eight and the direct route to the last 16 that comes with finishing in those spots.
