Everton winger Tyler Dibling is yet to announce himself to supporters, but that’s not stopped him from setting a really ambitious target this season.
David Moyes has explained that he will be really patient with Tyler Dibling, and that’s evinced by the fact that the teenager has only started one Premier League game this term.
“We like Tyler a lot, but he’s another one we’ll bring on in time,” Moyes said last month. “My first time here I had lots of players I brought in. We took a bit of time with them, we didn’t rush them.
“We’ll just have to accept we’ll bring Tyler on when we’re ready. I thought he kept the ball well and did some good things.”
Despite being given limited game time, Dibling still believes he can put himself in conversations with some of the very best players in the league come May.

Tyler Dibling says he wants to become one of the best players in the Premier League
Dibling has recently signed a deal with New Balance, who will be supplying his football boots from now on.
As part of the announcement, the 19-year-old spoke to Pro Direct Soccer and was asked what his targets are this season.
The Everton star simply replied: “Be one of the best players in the league.”

Clearly, there is some way to go before getting to that level, but it’s certainly an encouraging mentality to have.
Last year, Iliman Ndiaye said he wanted to become the best player in the world and having that drive has evidently helped him to develop and work on areas of his game that need improvement.
David Moyes wants to help Tyler Dibling play for England
Speaking after signing for Everton back in August, Dibling revealed that Moyes believes he can play for England one day.
“He’s perfect for me because obviously what he’s done for other players that were in my position and yeah I’ve spoke to him and yeah he’s going to be good for me and I hope he gets the best out of me and I’m sure he will,” the teenager said.
“He just said yeah I’m excited, I want you to be a part of the team and hopefully you can play for England one day, that was his words.”
Dibling has been impressing for England’s under-21s under Lee Carsley, so clearly he’s on the right path to becoming a full international.
At the moment, he has the tough task of trying to displace the in-form Ndiaye from the Everton starting line-up.
