Alexander Isak's market value has risen the most out of any footballer in the world since the start of 2025, it has been claimed. The 26-year-old signed for Liverpool in a British record £125m transfer in September.

Since his move to Anfield, Isak has scored once in eight appearances. He found the net for the first time in a Reds shirt during the Carabao Cup third round tie against Southampton last month.

Although he hasn't set the world alight since he signed for Liverpool, Isak has seen his value skyrocket, according to SportingPedia's latest report. At the beginning of the year, Isak's market value stood at £65million, but now, following a goal-ridden second half of the season at Newcastle United, he is worth £121.6m.

That is an astonishing £56.6m rise - more than anyone else on the planet in the last 10 months. Bayern Munich's Michael Olise is second, with his value increasing from £56.49m to £112.99m. Meanwhile, Nick Woltemade, who is Isak's replacement at Newcastle, is third and has seen his value rise from just £6.95m to £56.49m.

Real Madrid's Dean Huijsen and Paris Saint-Germain duo Desire Doue and Ousmane Dembele follow, with Liverpool forward Hugo Ekitike down in seventh. The France international has made quite the impact since his £69m plus add-ons move to the Reds from Eintracht Frankfurt in July, scoring six times in 12 appearances.

Ekitike started 2025 with a market value of £34.77m, but, after enjoying a productive second half of the season at Frankfurt, he earned a blockbuster move to Liverpool and saw his value increase tenfold. Indeed, Ekitike is now valued at £73.88m - more than the base amount the Reds paid to Frankfurt three months ago.

Isak and Ekitike are two of three Liverpool players in the top 14 when it comes to market value increases. The third Red on the list is midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, who has been reborn under Arne Slot.

Netherlands ace Gravenberch began the year with a value of £47.8m, but he has since witnessed his value move to £78.22m, representing a rise of more than £30m in the past 10 months. Taking into consideration the £55.6m from Isak, £39.11m from Ekitike and £30.42m from Gravenberch, Liverpool have benefited from a gigantic £125.13m rise between three star players.

Even though Liverpool signed Isak for more than his reported market value, the others - most notably Gravenberch - have seen their prices increase during their time at the Reds.

Slot's side are next in action when they make the trip to Brentford in the Premier League on Saturday. They recorded a much-needed 5-1 win at Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday to end their four-game losing run.
