The New York Jets are off to an 0-7 start this season. There is a good chance that New York could potentially trade away a lot of players before the NFL trade deadline.

One player that could potentially be traded away is Jets running back Breece Hall. Hall will be a free agent after this season. He has not yet signed a long-term contract with the team. Hall is potentially interested in staying with the Jets for the long haul, but teams are no doubt going to want a running back.

Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com revealed that the Jets could potentially trade away Hall at the NFL trade deadline. He said,
“Hall is pacing for 1,000-plus rushing yards in a contract year and could be a focus for multiple teams seeking tailback help. He has said publicly that he wants to stay with the Jets, and the injury to backup Braelon Allen could prompt the team to keep him. The Jets value him as a key contributor if they can somehow turn the season around. But with New York sitting at 0-7, moving players could be inevitable.”
In seven games with the Jets this season, he has rushed for 448 yards on 99 carries and zero touchdowns, along with averaging 4.5 yards per carry. Hall has also caught 19 passes for 164 yards receiving and zero touchdowns, along with averaging 8.6 yards per reception.
He is only 24 years old. Hall is on pace to potentially have over 200 carries for the Jets once again this season. Also, maybe his potential could be unlocked even more if he went to a different team like the Los Angeles Rams or the Kansas City Chiefs for example. There is no doubt contenders are looking to upgrade in the backfield.
