The New York Jets are very likely going to sell some players at the 2025 NFL trade deadline. At 0-7, and potentially about to be 0-8, a sell-off would be far from surprising.
While a sell-off is expected, the extent of the sell-off and the players involved remain uncertain. There are a lot of players who could be moved, from veterans to younger players who still have years of control beyond 2025.
According to a new report from Connor Hughes of SNYtv, six names have emerged as players the Jets are receiving calls on. While some have been heard before, like Breece Hall and Jermaine Johnson, Quinnen Williams is a new star who is drawing interest.
Quinnen Williams leads six Jets stars drawing interest ahead of trade deadline
"Teams call/continue to call on guys like Breece Hall, Jermaine Johnson, Will McDonald, Michael Carter II, Quinnen & Quincy Williams," Hughes reports, "but that's the vibe they're getting from conversations."
Important to note on #Jets as the trade deadline approaches: This is not a fire sale.
They have players who are available, as is usually case when new regime takes over. Any deal would be for fair conformation/Jets price, though. Not pennies on dollar.

While those six players are drawing interest from teams around the NFL, as Hughes also shared in the report, the Jets aren't expected to engage in a fire sale, nor are they willing to part with these players for anything less than a fair deal.
The Jets won't trade their players just to recoup any value; they will make sure they get back a reasonable package for any player they're considering moving at this year's trade deadline.
Hall is one of the more obvious trade candidates, as he's in the last year of his deal, and there are plenty of running back-needy teams like the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans, and Chicago Bears.

Jermaine Johnson and Will McDonald would be two of the better pass rushers available at the deadline, while Michael Carter and Quincy Williams would be solid pickups at cornerback and linebacker, respectively.
All of those players have been mentioned in trade talks before this report, but this is the first time that Quinnen Williams has been mentioned as a player the Jets are receiving calls on.
He's a leader of the Jets' defense, and would be a significant loss if dealt at the deadline. But if Aaron Glenn decides that Williams isn't going to be a part of the defense going forward, then Williams could be dealt at the trade deadline.
Of course, any trade would have to be worthwhile for the Jets to make, but these six stars are the players worth keeping an eye on as the deadline approaches, as the Jets are receiving interest and calls on all six ahead of the deadline.
