A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona has made his way into the transfer orbit of Premier League side Manchester United.
That’s according to **[Diario Sport](https://www.sport.es/es/noticias/barca/united-pregunta-robert-lewandowski-122918619)**, who highlight Robert Lewandowski as the player in question.
Frontman Lewandowski is of course widely expected to be on the move come the close of the 2025/26 campaign.
This comes with the veteran goalscorer, ahead of turning 38 next summer, due to see his contract terms with Barcelona come to an end.
Despite his advancing years, a number of clubs from across world football are understood to boast an interest in a potential joining of forces with Lewandowski ahead of next season.
And as alluded to above, this week, a new suitor have positioned themselves in the fray.
As per a report from Sport, citing the Daily Star:
‘One of the teams that would have contacted him is Manchester United, who see a great market opportunity and believe that they can convince him to continue his career in the Premier League.’
The Red Devils, it is claimed, consider Lewandowski the perfect short-term tutor for Benjamin Šeško.
