Los Angeles Chargers’ elite offensive tackle Joe Alt suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 4 against the New York Giants, resulting in him missing the previous three games. The former first-round pick was estimated as a limited participant during this week’s practice. As a result, the Chargers officially listed him as questionable against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football.

Joe Alt was able to work out during pre-game warm-ups without any further complications. The Chargers released their inactive players list not too long ago, ruling out seven players against the Minnesota Vikings. The good news is that Alt was not among the seven players listed, and he is officially active after battling a high-ankle sprain.

Trey Pipkins III has missed the previous two games with a knee injury. The starting right tackle was also estimated as a limited participant and was listed as questionable in the final injury report. The good news is Pipkins is active and looks to reclaim his starting spot on Thursday Night, with Bobby Hart shifting to the swing tackle role with Austin Deculus and Jamaree Salyer inactive.
