When the Denver Broncos meet the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, the game will feature several big playmakers on both sides of the ball. The Cowboys have one of the league's best offenses and the Broncos have one of the league's best defenses.
That is likely where this game will be won or lost, and for the Broncos, one defensive player is going to have a bullseye on his chest... Riley Moss.
It has been common practice for opponents to target Moss in the passing game this season as teams try to stay away from Pat Surtain II. Moss is targeted early and often and teams that have multiple top-level wide receivers are the ones that bring the biggest threat. The Cowboys may have the best combination in the league.
CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens are a handful for any defense, and the prospect of Moss having to stay with one of these guys is a bit worrisome, even when you consider this statistic:
Superstar: Broncos white CB Riley Moss has allowed the lowest completion percentage (39.1) of any NFL defensive back this season.
Moss is criminally underrated 📈👀

That's a good number, but is it misleading? Many Broncos fans would point to the number of pass interference calls that have been made against him.
On Sunday, if Surtain is tasked with covering Lamb, which is likely, Moss will be one-on-one with Pickens, who has been one of the best deep ball receivers in the league this season. You can expect Dak Prescott to take a shot or two, looking to beat Moss, so the Broncos are going to have to have some safety help over the top to help take that threat away.

Moss has been better than most will give him credit for, and he's held his own in every game this season, but this is one where he could be severely exposed and that could be the difference between a win and a loss.
