Tyler Dibling has said that former Liverpool ace Adam Lallana is the best player he’s ever played alongside.
The Englishman is only 19 years old, but managed to get himself a big-money move to Everton this summer after David Moyes spent most of the summer trying to prise him away from Southampton.
So far, his time with the Toffees hasn’t really gone to plan, especially since the attacker has failed to contribute to any goals in the six games he’s played across all competitions.

Indeed, there have been times when he’s been left out of Moyes’ team due to him needing a rest, but, in reality, he should’ve done much better.
As Dibling is so young, there’s still plenty of time for him to develop into an even better player, but he’s already played with some exceptional players throughout his career.

Lallana is one of these, with the teenager giving him the highest praise possible.
Adam Lallana is the best player that Tyler Dibling has ever played with
Before making the move to Brighton and returning to Southampton last season, Lallana was one of Liverpool’s most memorable players in recent years.
The midfielder always seemed to pull through for Liverpool when it mattered the most, but due to injuries and the Reds eventually signing more talented players, the Englishman was released from Anfield upon the expiry of his contract in the summer of 2020.

Lallana took up coaching after retiring last season, with the last five years of his career still being rather special.
He ended his time as a professional player with his boyhood club, and it’s evident that he made a real impact with the Saints, as Dibling, who only played with him for a season, named him the best player he’s ever played with.
This comes after he was asked by Pro Direct Soccer who the best player he’d played with was, and he simply replied: “Adam Lallana.”
Tyler Dibling names Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk in his all-time best XI
Even though Dibling is now an Everton player, it seems like he has a bit of a soft spot for Liverpool.
The winger is an incredible talent, and although he’s likely to come good for Everton in the future, since they spent around £40million on the youngster, they’d have likely wanted to see more from him.
In the Merseyside derby that was played on the 20th September, Dibling was only brought on for four minutes, with Moyes clearly not able to fully trust him at that moment.
However, when he was on the pitch, he may have been a tad starstruck by Virgil van Dijk, especially since Dibling named the Dutchman in his all-time best XI.

Dibling’s choices were once again shared by Pro Direct Soccer, with the team lining up as follows: Manuel Neuer; Cafu, Sergio Ramos, Virgil van Dijk, Paolo Maldini; Zinedine Zidane, Diego Maradona, Andres Iniesta; Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Neymar.
Although Everton’s fans may not be best pleased by their wonderkid’s answers, it’s nice to know that at least one Evertonian has some sort of taste.
