Our under-18s travel to Fulham on Saturday, October 25, as they aim to bounce back from defeat last time out. Kick-off at Motspur Park is scheduled for 11am (UK time).
After an impressive start to the campaign, our young Gunners have hit somewhat of a slight bump in the road, having lost in games either side of the international break across all competitions. Nevertheless, we remain strongly positioned in the U18 Premier League South, just a point off leaders Crystal Palace - view the league table.
In our recent loss to West Bromwich Albion, goals from Brando Bailey-Joseph and Teshaun Murisa were cancelled out by the Baggies before half-time, before our opponents went on to win 3-2 and end our unbeaten domestic run.
The Opposition
The Cottagers flew out of the traps in August, with back-to-back victories against Leicester City and Ipswich Town, but their form has dipped since then, and a string of four defeats leaves them sitting 12th in the South Division.
We last faced the west London outfit in May, when goals from Max Dowman and Dan Casey featured in a seven-goal thriller that ultimately fell the way of our city neighbours. The 4-3 defeat brought an end to our 2024/25 title hopes.
