Iliman Ndiaye has enjoyed another strong start to the season for Everton and it has now been shared where he actually ranks among the club’s top earners.
The Premier League is very quickly becoming aware of just how good Ndiaye has become since he returned to England in 2024.
He may not have found the back of the net at the weekend, but Ndiaye caused Manchester City real issues at the Etihad Stadium.
Following the arrival of Jack Grealish, the Senegal international has been pushed over to the other side of the pitch but remains just as big of a problem to opposition defences.
David Moyes singled out Ndiaye for praise following their defeat on the road to City at the weekend.
With the 25-year-old quickly beginning to receive the recognition that he deserves, where he stands in Everton’s pay scale may surprise a lot of fans.

Where Iliman Ndiaye ranks among Everton’s top earners
Even Manchester City fans were left wowed by Ndiaye on Saturday as he tore their defence to pieces at the Etihad.
The Senegal international is becoming a special player on Merseyside, but his pay does not actually reflect that.

According to The Athletic’s sources, Ndiaye is believed to be earning around 50 per cent less than other players in Everton’s top pay bracket.
Although it is claimed that a new deal is not in the works just yet for Ndiaye, his current form may twist their arm.
With clubs around Europe waking up to the 25-year-old’s talent, the Toffees may well have to reward his efforts if they want to secure his future.
Inter Milan showed an interest in Ndiaye during the summer as they looked for other options following their failed efforts to sign Ademola Lookman.
Ndiaye would command a whopping fee, but, under the Friedkins, Everton have no need to cash in on their top players.
David Moyes would like to see Ndiaye add more assists
Last season, Ndiaye led the way in Everton’s attack as he returned nine goals in the Premier League.
However, Ndiaye shocked Moyes with his first Everton assist earlier this season against Liverpool at Anfield.
“Yeah, I think I did check that last year that his assists weren’t that high actually,” Moyes said.
“So, we’re hoping that he does [provide more], but he has been getting on the end of things and scoring for himself. Let’s hope that continues.”

Jack Grealish 4
Iliman Ndiaye 1
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall 1
James Garner 1
Part of that may come down to the poor showings from Everton’s two strikers, who have left a lot to be desired so far this season.
Everton News understands that Everton would like to sign a new striker in January.
Adding a striker with real quality could be exactly what is needed to take Ndiaye’s game to another level.
