Manchester City has confirmed that it will release more than 4,000 new flexi season tickets throughout its Etihad Stadium for the 2026-27 season.
Half of the new season tickets will be reserved for junior supporters “to help make sure the next generation of fans can regularly attend home matches”.
To be eligible to purchase a new flexi season ticket for the next campaign, fans must have purchased a general admission ticket for 35 different home men’s matches from 2023 to 2026.
The release of additional tickets comes as the Premier League club prepares to open the top tier of its expanded North Stand next year.
However, this will mean that hundreds of supporters usually seated behind the goal will have to move, as reported by the Manchester Evening News.
As part of the changes, two new bars are set to open in the North Stand.
Cross Bar will be able to accommodate for up to 300 supporters in the new section while City Hall will cater for 500.
Those that have been impacted are reported to have been informed, with the club putting compensatory measures in place.
These include a priority relocation window anywhere in the stadium for the same price that they are currently paying, a two-year price freeze, and the option to relocate in groups even if not all members are directly affected.
