Newcastle United striker Nick Woltemade is reportedly hoping to secure a move to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich at some point in his footballing career.
According to German outlet Bild, Wotlemade has ambitions to play for Bayern in his native Germany one day, which would see him return to the league where he made a name for himself in European football.
Amid Alexander Isak's departure for Liverpool, Newcastle signed Woltemade from Stuttgart in the summer for a reported £69m fee, and the 6"9' German has already made an impressive start to his Magpies career.
Woltemade has scored four goals in his first five Premier League appearances in the black-and-white stripes, and that type of form will only increase Bayern's interest in the 23-year-old.
Woltemade Wants To Sign for Bayern After Newcastle

Over the summer window, Woltemade was linked with a move to Bayern before Eddie Howe's side snapped up the German international for a club-record £69m fee, which was £6m higher than the outlay to Real Sociedad for Isak in 2023.
Despite only arriving on Tyneside this summer, Woltemade has his sights set on returning to the Bundesliga one day with the 33-time German top flight champions.
Bild outline that Woltemade hopes to feature for Bayern one day, having been a target for Vincent Kompany's side in the recent window following his exceptional form at Stuttgart in 2024/25.
After scoring 17 goals in 33 outings for Stuttgart in his breakout campaign, Woltemade emerged on the radar of European suitors, but Newcastle won the race for his signature.
Woltemade, described as 'unstoppable' by talent scout Jacek Kulig, has continued his trajectory of development by endearing himself to the Newcastle faithful with a prolific start to the Premier League season, picking up where his predecessor Isak controversially left off.
Given that Woltemade has made his desire to play for Bayern one day following his time with the Toon, Newcastle must now make a repeat of Isak's time on Tyneside ended.
Backed by the Saudi Arabian PIF, the Magpies are on a mission to break in and stay in the top-six places of the Premier League, and enjoyed one of their greatest campaigns on record last season.
In 2024/25, Newcastle won the Carabao Cup with a Wembley win over Liverpool and earned a fifth-placed finish in the top flight, securing an illustrious place in Champions League football.
However, Newcastle still appear to be a step below the highest level of European sides, akin to the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern, which saw Isak make his desires clear to swap St James' Park for Anfield.
The Magpies will not want a repeat of the Isak situation with Woltemade, given that the Swede seems to have seen Newcastle as a stepping stone to a more successful club, taking drastic measures to secure his career-defining transfer.
Potentially for Newcastle, the allure of Bayern for the in-form German forward could prove to be difficult to turn down if they reignite their interest in the coming seasons.
