ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — One day after returning to practice following a two-week absence due to a shoulder injury, edge rusher Jonah Elliss continued on-field work as the Broncos’ preparations for their Week 8 game against the Dallas Cowboys continued.

The second-year edge rusher first landed on the injury report three days after the Broncos’ Week 5 win over Philadelphia due to a shoulder injury. Que Robinson played against the Jets and Giants in place of Elliss, finishing with a half-sack in those two contests.
Every player on the primary roster except for the suspended Dre Greenlaw was seen on the practice field when the session began Thursday.
The only non-suspended player on the 53-man roster or the practice squad not seen on the field at the start of practice was cornerback Reese Taylor. He dealt with a hamstring injury earlier this season.
