Fans will have to wait a little longer for their fix of Premier League action on Saturday as there is no lunchtime kick-off.

Following the Friday night game between Leeds United and West Ham, the next round of action will be the 3pm kick-offs, including Newcastle United’s home clash with Fulham. That game, along with Chelsea vs Sunderland, falls within football’s long-held Saturday afternoon blackout, meaning they cannot be broadcast live in the UK.

Brentford vs Liverpool was due to be the 12.30pm match after being selected by TNT Sports. However, as Liverpool were in Champions League action on Wednesday night, beating Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 in Germany, the Brentford match has been moved to 8pm on Saturday night.

Three other matches have been moved to 2pm on Sunday as a result of sides playing on Thursday night. Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest’s games against Manchester City and Bournemouth, respectively, have been switched due to their Europa League games three days earlier. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace travel to Arsenal on Sunday after hosting AEK Larnaca in the Conference League in midweek.

Like Liverpool, the Magpies were winners in the Champions League this week, beating Jose Mourinho's Benfica 3-0 on Tuesday. With United playing on Tuesday, the Fulham game has remained in its original slot.

Following the win over Benfica, the Magpies need to transfer their Champions League form into the Premier League, starting against Fulham.

Eddie Howe heads into the game with a number of fitness issues. Full-backs Tino Livramento and Lewis Hall are recovering from knee and hamstring injuries, respectively, with the England pair missing for several weeks.

The win over Benfica came without Sandro Tonali, who had missed training with illness. The Italian was included on the bench and is expected to be involved against Fulham.

Summer signing Yoane Wissa remains sidelined but is getting closer to finally making his United debut, having returned to the grass. It is hoped the £55million signing will be available for the game at West Ham on November 2.
