Jadon Sancho for Aston Villa

Jadon Sancho recently completed a move from Manchester United to Aston Villa on a loan basis as he looks to rebuild his career before returning to Old Trafford.
In his spell at United, the 25-year-old made 83 appearances across four years and scored 12 times.
However, in the latter stages of his first Red Devils spell, the forward’s appearances became less causing the Englishman to look for moves away from United.
His search for a move away intially landed at AS Roma.
But, the 25-year-old rejected a move to Italy and instead decided – on deadline day – that a move across English to Aston would be better.
However, since joining Villa, the forward has been caught up in a drug scandal whilst also being hacked highlighting the bad luck that he is currently enduring.
Furthermore, the Englishman has made just four appearances for Aston Villa so far in his loan spell.
With this in mind, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford are amongst several United players to show support for the forward.
Posting on Instagram on Friday, Jadon Sancho captioned his post “good to be back out there on the pitch with the boys after a lil set back due to illness.”
The post was liked by Fernandes and Rashford as well as Tyrell Malacia, Joe Hugill, Shea Lacey, and Ethan Wheatley.
With this support received, it arguably is clear to see the support that Sancho has from his Manchester United colleagues – even if he is playing for a different side.
Now, attention may turn to Unai Emery to see if the 25-year-old features in Aston Villa’s game against Manchester City on Sunday.
If he does, it could be a chance to prove himself both to Emery and Aston Villa fans at Villa Park.
