This article will focus on three players at each position using DraftKings’ pricing for the Sunday 1 p.m. slate. We will provide three pricing options: high, medium, and low, based on matchups and game theory, from top to bottom. Now that we’ve taken care of the housekeeping, let’s move on to week 8.
Quarterbacks

Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills ($7,500)

Allen has a decent matchup this week on the road in Carolina. He is averaging almost 22 fantasy points per game over the last four games. The Panthers are playing better, but I like Allen coming off a bye week.
**Double stack** RB James Cook III, TE Dalton Kincaid (questionable), WR Khalil Shakir
Bo Nix, Denver Broncos ($6,000)

Nix has a great matchup this week at home against the Cowboys. Last week, he threw for almost 300 yards and had 4 TDs against the Giants (2 passing, 2 rushing). Vegas has this game with the highest projected total on the slate.
**Double stack** WR Courtland Sutton, TE Evan Engram, RB J.K. Dobbins

Tyrod Taylor, New York Jets($4,500)
Taylor has a decent matchup this week on the road in Cincinnati. I don’t love the Jets’ offense, but Taylor is worth a shot. Consider Taylor a value play.
**Double Stack** WR Garret Wilson (questionable), TE Mason Taylor, RB Breece Hall
Running Backs

Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts ($9,500)
Taylor has a great matchup at home against the Titans. In week 3, he rushed for over 100 yards and had 3 TDs at Tennessee. Taylor is lock!
Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles ($7,600)
Barkley has been underwhelming to say the least. He has three single-digit fantasy point games over his last five starts. I am reaching here, but he does have the revenge factor as well. Consider Barkley a GGP play!
Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens ($6,000)
Henry has a good matchup at home this week against the Bears. I like Henry at $6,000 even if QB Lamar Jackson doesn’t return this week. Consider Henry a GGP Play.
Wide Receivers
Ja'Marr Chase

Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals ($8,100)
Chase has a decent matchup this week at home against the Jets. He is averaging more than 32 fantasy points per game over the last three games. Consider Chase a GPP play.
Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos ($6,200)
Sutton has a great matchup this week against the Cowboys. The Dallas defense is still allowing almost 19 fantasy points per game to WR1 over the last four games. Sutton could have a top 10 fantasy performance at WR this week.
Tez Johnson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($4,300)
Johnson is averaging 12 fantasy points per game over the last three games. He has also scored a TD in each of the last two games. He is starting to emerge as a go-to WR for QB Baker Mayfield. Consider Johnson a value play!
Tight Ends

Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys ($6,000)
Ferguson has a tough matchup this week on the road in Denver. Last week, the Broncos allowed 6 receptions, 154 receiving yards, and 2 TDs to the TE position. Consider Ferguson a man of interest.
Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles ($4,200)
Goedert has a decent matchup this week at home against New York. In week 6, he had 9 receptions, 110 receiving yards, and a TD against the Giants. Consider Goedert a GGP play!
Chig Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans ($3,200)
Okonkwo has a good matchup this week on the road against Indianapolis. He is averaging 15 fantasy points per game over his last two games against the Colts. Consider Okonkwo a value play!
Defenses:

Indianapolis Colts ($3,800)
The Colts’ defense is averaging almost 10 fantasy points per game over the last five games. In week 3, they had 4 sacks and a pick-six against the Titans. They should be able to control the game at home.
Chicago Bears ($2,600)
The Bears’ defense is very interesting – especially at that price. They have forced 10 INTs, 9 sacks, and 5 fumbles over the last four games. Consider the Bears a GGP play!
New Orleans Saints ($2,300)
The Saints are at home. The Buccaneers are dealing with injuries. They could be worth a shot this week. Boom or Bust play!
