Sunday's Week 8 matchup against the Chicago Bears would mark one month since Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson's last start.
The two-time MVP has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring injury during Baltimore's 37-20 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs back in Week 4. However, fans got a small glimmer of hope on Friday when Jackson was upgraded to a full participant in practice after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday.
Though Jackson is clearly trending in the right direction, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported fans may not want to get too hopeful about seeing him play Sunday against Chicago.
"#Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Friday that Jackson had a full practice, but was noncommittal about him starting: ‘We'll see where we're at going forward,'" he wrote on X. "Could be another week without Lamar Jackson."

With Jackson likely needing at least one more week to recover, the Ravens also pulled the trigger on another quarterback move, benching backup Cooper Rush in favor of practice-squad QB Tyler Huntley.
"Sources: #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson ran the scout team on Friday, an indication that the two-time MVP is a week away from returning despite having a full practice," Rapoport reported. "Tyler ‘Snoop' Huntley, signed off the practice squad, would be in line to start vs. the #Bears if Jackson can't go."
Rush started Baltimore's last two games before the bye last week, and the results were lackluster.
The 31-year-old Central Michigan alum threw for 179 yards and three interceptions in the Ravens' 44-10 loss to the Houston Texans on Oct. 5, and he followed it up with a 72-yard, one-interception performance in Baltimore's 17-3 loss to the Los Angeles Rams the following week.
Huntley, who's in his second stint with the Ravens, replaced Rush in the Rams game, completing 10 of 15 passes for 68 yards and rushing three times for 39 yards. In 26 career games, Huntley has thrown for 2,854 yards, rushed for 683 yards, and scored 16 total touchdowns.
