A stoppage-time goal from Luke Berry denied Hull City a fourth straight victory and earned Charlton Athletic a point at the MKM Stadium in a 1-1 draw.

After a first half where City should have taken the lead, they wasted no time at the start of the second with Joe Gelhardt rattling in his third goal in as many games.

City should have put the game to bed before Berry stepped off the bench to head in from close range deep into added time and halt the Tigers' impressive winning run.

Here's how Tigers reporter Barry Cooper rated the players at the MKM Stadium on Saturday afternoon....

**Ivor Pandur:** Made a good save inside a couple of minutes to deny Campbell and was tidy with his work when required in the first half. Had little to do before flapping at a cross late on, and from the corner, they scored. **6/10**

**Ryan Giles:** Pushed further forward to wing-back and enjoyed himself early on. Fired wide, then dragged a shot which Ajayi turned towards goal and beat his man to fire in a good cross. He was very good in the game. **8/10**

**Charlie Hughes:** Dominant in the opening stages and saw plenty of it as he tried to carry the ball out. Was booked just before the break for a foul on Harvey Knibbs. Immense display but will be gutted about the equaliser. **8/10**

**John Egan:** Returned to the side in a back three and had a rocky opening against Tyreece Campbell but grew into the contest and was solid throughout, though will be unhappy about the concession. **7/10**

**Semi Ajayi:** A second straight start for the influential Nigerian, and he probably should have scored in the first half from Giles' superb ball in. Defended really well. Will be gutted with what happened at the end. **7/10**

**Cody Drameh:** Operated as a right wing-back, and got into some really good positions but couldn't find the final ball. Showed plenty of promise. **7/10**

**Regan Slater:** Busy, keen to get on the ball and drive through midfield when he could, looking to exploit the space he was finding. **7.5/10**

**Amir Hadziahmetovic:** Neat and tidy in the opening exchanges, and looked really at ease. In control of what he was doing throughout. **7/10**

**Joe Gelhardt:** A lovely piece of skill saw him get away from his man and set Crooks in on goal. Really good finish from Crooks' pass to make it three in three. Will be disappointed about the equaliser, seemed to switch off. **8/10**

**Matt Crooks:** In the team despite an injury that will likely keep him out in the next few weeks, and saw plenty of it. Fluffed a couple of decent openings. Fed Gelhardt well for the opener after winning it back. Put in a good shift. **7/10**

**Kyle Joseph:** As is a given with KJ, plenty of energy and effort, he just couldn't get on the end of anything in front of goal. Did have a couple of really good opening in the second but couldn't take advantage. As always, ran himself into the ground. **7/10**

**Subs:**

**Liam Millar** (for Crooks 68): Back on the pitch after the birth of his daughter on Friday. Saw a shot blocked against his former club before going down with what looked like a hamstring issue. **6/10**

**Lewie Coyle** (for Drameh 68): Did what he needed to do after coming on. Like the rest, will be gutted about the equaliser. **6/10**

**Darko Gyabi** (for Millar 81): Provided some valuable energy in the closing stages. **6/10**

**Enis Destan** (for Joseph 78): Couldn't really get involved in the final moments as City tried, and failed, to hold their lead. **6/10**
