NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The next generation of workers helping to build up Nashville are ready to get started.
The Titans Construction Training Camp held a graduation ceremony for 18 students in the development program Friday at Nissan Stadium. The program gives them hands-on training and a certification to help launch construction careers.

Officials say for some of these graduates, this program is a second chance for them to have a successful career and a better life.
“Some have not graduated from high school or did not have the opportunity to have a graduation ceremony from high school, and so this is their moment, their moment to really shine and show their families that they are doing something great with their lives and ready to start that next chapter,” said Vice President and Executive Director of One Community and Tennessee Titans Foundation Johari Matthews.
The Titans collaborated with the Tennessee Builders Alliance to make this program happen.
