THE [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/?ref=au) have a lot of options at right back currently.
After Adam Smith returned to the bench last weekend against Crystal Palace, Andoni Iraola has Smith, Alex Jimenez and Julian Araujo to choose from as pure right backs, while James Hill and Lewis Cook have also impressed when called upon to play there.
Jimenez and Hill have shared the right back duties in recent weeks while Smith has been injured, with the Spaniard starting three of the past five, with Hill starting the other two.
But Smith had started the first three games of the campaign, and Araujo played almost the whole game against Brentford in the League Cup, before he was sent off for two yellow cards in the 90th minute.

Iraola has possibly the greatest depth of options at right back, and, asked about his thoughts on the competition in the position, he told the Daily Echo: “Probably it’s a position where we are more crowded.
“Definitely we have three specific players that are right backs. Adam, Julian and Alex. Alex could play in different positions, he has played more forward even on the left.
“And then we have players like James Hill, Lewis Cook that have performed very well playing as a right back.
“So it's not easy to choose and we are changing with different players and it's an open position, let's say, so depending on the game, depending what I feel during the week we take decisions.”
