Devin Booker, Suns
The Phoenix Suns struggled in the second game of a road back-to-back, losing 133-111 in the Mile High City of Denver — though Devin Booker played well.
Already without Jalen Green (recovering from a hamstring strain), the Suns also learned they’d be without Mark Williams due to injury maintenance.
Devin Booker’s performance
They’d see 31 points from Devin Booker, including 9-for-9 from the free throw line. It was a game of great control and manipulation from him.

The issue was, however, that no other Suns player was able to crack 20+ in what needed to be a higher scoring effort.
Defense…?
They also had their hands full in defending the Nuggets, conceding the aforementioned 133 points on 51.2% from the field.
1.) The Aaron Gordon initiating offense package for tbr Nuggets is fun… & this dunk is INSANE
2.) The Suns & their off-ball switching in communication & contact absolutely have to be better — big tests for them this entire road trip in that pic.twitter.com/iKe9xPn6Lm
