Drake London playing today status calls for fantasy injury advice, last-minute pickups for Falcons WR

It's the last thing any fantasy football manager wants to deal with.

A star player, an automatic starter like Drake London, picking up a late injury designation out of nowhere.

What are you supposed to do?

Thankfully, London's Atlanta Falcons play at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, the first window of games, against the Miami Dolphins. If London is out, there'll be ample opportunity to replace him.

On Saturday, the Falcons added London with a questionable tag due to a hip injury.

Is Drake London playing today?

------------------------------

London appears to be a game-time decision with his questionable tag for a hip injury.

The Falcons' injury report of actives/inactives will be released about 11:30 a.m. ET.

The easiest replacement for London is his teammate, Darnell Mooney, who should get plenty of targets if London sits. The Falcons will also give more work to young wideout Casey Washington if London is out, and he could be a target in deeper leagues.

If the Falcons deem London healthy enough to play, you shouldn't have to worry about him for your lineups. This matchup is too good to worry about if London is slightly less than 100%.

A London absence does hurt Cousins, too, who all of a sudden won't have his top target to throw to. If you were thinking about streaming Cousins, it's probably still OK to do, but his value definitely takes a hit if London sits.

Other potentially available wideouts include Texans rookies Jaylin Noel and Jayden Higgins, who are both playing a lot this week with no Nico Collins and Christian Kirk. Titans wideout Elic Ayomanor remains a decent stream, too, as does returned-to-health Colts WR Josh Downs and young Panthers WR Xavier Legette.
