The Philadelphia Eagles got some huge news with the return of Brandon Graham out of retirement.
He signed his contract this past week and was out on the practice field with the Eagles as they prepared to take on the New York Giants in Week 8.
Graham won't actually be on the field, though. He's officially listed as out on the injury report.

Why isn't Brandon Graham playing today?
Brandon Graham isn't playing in Week 8 not because of injury but simply because he is getting up to speed after coming out of retirement.
He was listed as a full participant in practice all week. The Eagles are just playing it slow with him ahead of their Week 9 bye week.
By Week 10, Graham should be set to take the field.
The Eagles were also given a two-week roster exemption for Graham, according to SI, meaning he doesn't have to get onto the active roster until Week 10, anyway. Philadelphia is taking advantage of that.
Graham played 15 seasons for the Eagles, making him the longest-tenured player in Philly history.
He's a two-time Super Bowl champion. In February, he returned from a torn triceps muscle to help the Eagles beat the Chiefs.
Graham holds the Eagles record for most regular season games played and is third in sacks, with 76.5.
