January is an intriguing one for Leeds United. Robbie Evans says the club has maxed out their PSR position, yet the club is being linked with players, and the latest is a Manchester United attacker.
Leeds paid more than £100m on 10 players in the summer and after the deadline, Evans said Leeds would cross over the border if any new additions were made. That is despite Leeds trying to sign Harry Wilson.
However, reports say Leeds are planning for new additions in January. LeedsUnited.News correspondent Graeme Bailey claims Leeds are already looking for one or two new faces as Daniel Farke eyes an attacker.
Well, it appears Leeds’ scouts are looking for players that the club can sign in the winter window, having sent representatives to watch Manchester United’s U21 side take on Barnsley in the EFL Trophy this week.

Leeds among Premier League scouts watching Man United teen
Man United’s second string suffered a heavy 5-2 defeat, but that did not deter some of the scouts in attendance from keeping an eye on Ruben Amorim’s young stars. One in particular stood out for Leeds.
According to The Sun’s Alan Nixon on his Patreon, Leeds scouts were in attendance, and one player they might have been looking at was England U20 international Shea Lacey, who is mostly a right winger.
Leeds were not the only club to take a look at Lacey, however. Indeed, Nixon claims that Nottingham Forest had sent talent spotters to watch him, as did Burnley. Lacey is yet to make his first-team debut.

Leeds could be tempted but with the season Farke’s men are expected to have, it is likely Leeds would rather a player able to have an instant impact. One with experience that can make an instant impact.
Interestingly, Lacey is represented by Triple S Sports, according to TransferMarkt, the same agency that looks after in-form Hull City attacker Joe Gelhardt. That may give Leeds a helping hand in possible talks.
