The rich always get richer, and the Green Bay Packers are about to get absolutely loaded.
If Jordan Love didn’t have enough weapons already, he will get his best pass catcher back on the field for Sunday night.
According to a report by Adam Schefter of ESPN, Christian Watson is ready to make his season debut:
“Packers WR Christian Watson was activated off injured reserve and is expected to make his season debut Sunday night at Pittsburgh,” Schefter posted on X.

Watson had been teasing about making his return for the past couple of weeks.
He sustained a season-ending injury in the regular-season finale last year, but he always looked to be slightly ahead of schedule in his recovery.
He even claimed that he could’ve probably played through the injury in Week 1 if it had been a playoff game.
Still, the Packers chose to err on the side of caution with him, and rightfully so.
He’s had plenty of issues with injuries throughout the course of his career, up to the point where some question whether he can be the guy this team needs for the future.
The Packers still have high hopes for him, which is why they chose to keep him around for a little longer and gave him a short-term contract extension.
That’s why he needs to prove that he can stay healthy.
With that in mind, the Packers may not want to put too much on his plate right out of the gate.
They need him to be at his best in December, not right now.
Whatever the case, just having him out there will open up a lot of things for the passing game.
