The last piece of news before the Philadelphia Eagles take on the New York Giants in Week 8 action has finally been released.

On the Eagles' inactive list for Week 8, it includes five names, with four of them showing up on the final injury report as out. The only new name on the list is quarterback Sam Howell, who will be the third quarterback.

Adoree' Jackson, CB

A.J. Bown, WR

Azeez Ojulari, EDGE

Cam Jurgens, C

Sam Howell, Third QB

Philly's final inactive list won't bring any surprises to the fan base

Brown will be out for the first time this season with a hamstring injury. The Eagles have already replaced him with Darius Cooper, who was just activated to the 53-man roster after being on the IR.

Jackson will miss the game with a concussion, which means Kelee Ringo will be filling in as the starting cornerback. Despite Jakorian Bennett having his 21-day practice window open, he will not play in the game.

Ojulari was expected to miss the game after Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio stated it earlier in the week. Despite Brandon Graham coming out of retirement to play for Philly, he, too, will not be playing in the game for the Eagles.

Jurgens will miss his first game of the season after getting knocked out of the Minnesota Vikings game early. It will either be Brett Toth or Drew Kendall filling in as the starting center for the Eagles. Expect the Eagles to run more plays from under center to avoid any snap issues in the game.
