Real Madrid took an early lead in the first El Clasico meeting of the season, but they have now been pegged back by Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Barcelona were living very dangerously in the opening minutes, with Real Madrid having had a goal and penalty ruled out by VAR. But on 22 minutes, the Catalans were breached, and it was Kylian Mbappe that broke the deadlock.
But soon after, Barcelona have got the equalising goal. Arda Guler was dispossessed in midfield by Pedri, and the ball eventually reached Marcus Rashford, who cut the ball back for Fermin Lopez to continue his goalscoring form.

Guler will not want to see this moment again, as he was cheaply robbed by Pedri before Lopez fired home for his fourth goal in two matches. Barcelona have barely been in this game, but somehow, they find themselves back on level terms inside the opening half in the Spanish capital.
