Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank made a comment after the game which Everton fans will be pleased to hear.
It was a really disappointing afternoon for Everton as they suffered their first defeat at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Tottenham ran away 3-0 winners, although the scoreline probably flatters the visitors as the Toffees certainly had their moments.
Iliman Ndiaye was outstanding yet again and is quickly becoming the most creative player, even ahead of Jack Grealish.
Speaking post-match, Spurs boss Thomas Frank admitted that Everton are a good side and he praised the supporters, too.

Thomas Frank admits Everton fans are ‘very good’
It’s obviously a completely new experience for all the visiting Premier League teams this season as they play at the Hill Dickinson for the first time.
Frank made a reference to the atmosphere and confessed that the supporters created a brilliant noise, labelling them ‘very good’.
“Going here to Everton, which is against a very good team, well set up by David Moyes and a very good home crowd, they’ve been unbeaten here so far,” the Spurs manager said.

“So, yeah, very happy, happy with obviously the set pieces as well. What I would say, the clean sheet mentality, that is a very good foundation to stand on.
“That gives you an ability to perform at a certain level where you want to always do a little bit more, but be really, how can you say, competitive and especially away from home.”
David Moyes thought Everton played well against Tottenham Hotspur
Moyes spoke to the media after the game and admitted he thought his side played well, but it just came down to the poor defending from set-pieces.
“We played well today,” the Scotsman said.
“We had as much of the game as Tottenham and probably as many chances. We got undone with set pieces and that’s what happened.
“We need to be more clinical and a bit more creative with how we can make better chances. We had enough opportunities, but couldn’t get it. We can’t change the players we’ve got, so we’ll keep practicing. The goals will come.”
Beto struggled to take his chance again today, but Thierno Barry looked more polished when he came on, so perhaps that’s an easy change to make for Sunderland.
Tyler Dibling should be given a start at the Stadium of Light, too, with Ndiaye moving back in the number 10 role.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall would benefit from moving into his favoured number eight role, as he’s been off form in the attacking midfield position.
