Holders Newcastle have been handed a home test against Tottenham in what could be the most competitive tie of the round.

Under-pressure Premier League champions Liverpool also face top-flight opposition, as they welcome Crystal Palace to Anfield in a repeat of the Community Shield Final.
Arne Slot's side advanced with a late 2-1 win over Southampton, while the Eagles beat south London rivals Millwall on penalties.
Another all-Premier League clash sees Arsenal host Brighton at the Emirates, with both sides comfortably progressing with respective wins over Port Vale and Barnsley.
Meanwhile, eight-time winners Manchester City have been given an away trip to Swansea, after the Championship side upset Nottingham Forest.

Wolves will host Chelsea at Molineux, while other Premier League sides Brentford and Fulham will also travel for their round of 16 ties.
The Bees face Grimsby away, who pulled off a shock upset against Manchester United in the third round, while the Cottagers will make the trip to Adams Park to face Wycombe.
But arguably the standout tie is the meeting between Wrexham and Cardiff, in a Welsh derby clash which is sure to please Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
The Hollywood A-listers completed their takeover of the Dragons in 2021, and have since seen the club claim three straight promotions.
This will be the first meeting between the two Welsh sides since 2002.
The second-tier new boys beat Reading 2-0, while Cardiff comfortably progressed with a 3-0 victory over Cheltenham.

Wrexham's story has brought the spotlight to the Racecourse Ground, with their award-winning 'Welcome to Wrexham' documentary recruiting fans from across the world.
And with the series recently renewed for a fifth season, their meeting with Cardiff could make for an interesting future episode.
The two sides last met in English football 23 years ago in the Second Division, with the Bluebirds claiming a 3-2 victory over their North Wales rivals.
However, their last competitive clash altogether came in the FAW Cup in 2004, which saw Wrexham win on penalties.
Both sides will be desperate to win the all-Welsh affair, which would see either of them advance into the quarter-finals.

With Swansea also advancing, this marks the first time in the competition's history that three Welsh clubs have made it to the fourth round.

In the 65 previous editions of the competition, Wales has only once had more than one side in the last 16, when Swansea and Wrexham reached this stage in the 1976-77 campaign.
Should any of the Welsh sides win their next tie in this year's competition, Wembley would be just two rounds away, with at least one of them guaranteed to reach the quarter-finals.
