FM 26: Premier League transfer budgets in Football Manager 2026

Having money to spend certainly makes life easier in Football Manager, and no league in world football has cash to splash quite like the Premier League.

English clubs have shattered transfer window records in recent years, and if you’re after the luxury of a big budget, the Premier League is the place to be.

Following the release of the FM26 Beta, fans of the franchise are busy getting stuck into the new game. If you’re still struggling which club to take charge of, discovering what money there is to spend might help.

In the Premier League, Brighton & Hove Albion have the biggest initial budget. Master sellers, including the £60m sale of Joao Pedro to Chelsea in the summer, Brighton begin FM26 with a healthy £100m to spend.

Tottenham Hotspur (£57.8m) and Brentford (£55.1m) also have significant spends, with the challenge to upset the established elite in England.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, eight Premier League teams have less than £10m to play with at the start of your save. The lowest budget belongs to newly-promoted Burnley, at just £1m. Check out our best free agents piece if you’re on the hunt for a bargain.
