Anthony Edwards is one of the NBA's most exciting rising superstars.
He's reason alone to tune in and watch the Minnesota Timberwolves whenever they're on a national broadcast, like they are on both Monday and Wednesday this week.
Just one problem with that, though: You're only going to see Edwards on the sideline.
Minnesota will have to make it through the next couple of weeks without its leading man.

Why isn't Anthony Edwards playing?
Anthony Edwards isn't playing right now due to an injury.
He has a right hamstring strain. It knocked him out of Sunday night's game after just three and a half minutes.
Edwards was initially deemed questionable to return, but by midway through the second quarter, he had been officially ruled out. Edwards eventually returned to the bench to support his teammates while in street clothes.
When is Anthony Edwards coming back?
It'll be at least a couple of weeks for Edwards.
ESPN's Shams Charania reports that Edwards will miss "two weeks."
This likely means more playing time for a couple of young wings, Terrence Shannon Jr. and Jaylen Clark, along with more potential action for a new Wolves player, backup guard Bones Hyland.
The Timberwolves have begun the season 2-1, so they'll hope they can at least tread water without Ant and then get on a roll when he returns.
