Right now, the Milwaukee Bucks are one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference, but it’s important to note the season is only three games in. Things can change, and the Bucks might not be sure on how to keep Giannis Antetokounmpo in Milwaukee for the future.
In case they decide it’s time to move on, Bleacher Report’s Zach Buckeley proposes a monster three-team blockbuster trade that would see Giannis go to the Golden State Warriors, Jimmy Butler to the Detroit Pistons, and the Bucks getting multiple young stars and draft capital.

The trade would look like this:
Warriors get: Giannis Antetokounmpo
Pistons get: Jimmy Butler, 2030 second round pick (from GSW)
Bucks get: Jaden Ivey, Brandin Podziemski, Isaiah Stewart, Tobias Harris, 2026 first-round pick (from GSW), 2027 first-round pick swap (from GSW), 2028 first-round pick (from GSW), 2031 first-round pick swap (from GSW), 2032 first-round pick (from GSW)

“The Bucks are only ever trading Antetokounmpo if he demands it. And while they've continued to exhaust their resources in hopes of that never happening, he feels as close to the exits as ever…If Milwaukee clearly doesn't have what it takes to contend, though—this is officially a one-star team now—then why would Antetokounmpo want to sacrifice one of his prime seasons? Maybe he won't. As soon as he senses there is no longer a championship pulse, this relationship might flatline,” Buckeley wrote.
In this trade, the Warriors get a superstar to pair with Steph Curry for a fifth championship run, the Pistons get a superstar to help them win in a weakened East, and the Bucks get a new future in the young stars they’ve traded for, plus a bunch of picks. Hopefully, these teams get working on a deal soon, as waiting risks any of these players getting an injury and ruining the deal.
