The [Kansas City Chiefs](https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/kansas-city-chiefs) have an injury concern with running back Isiah Pacheco late in the Week 8 game against the [Washington Commanders](https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/washington-commanders).
Pacheco was injured late in the fourth quarter after a carry. It appeared he took a helmet to his knee before limping off the field.

**UPDATE:** Pacheco was getting checked out on the sideline but popped right up after the examination and was clapping his hands, so it looks like he's just fine.
However, chances are he's seen his last snap with just two minutes left and the Chiefs up big.

Pacheco was able to get off the field on his own but was clearly hobbled. He is now getting checked out on the sideline and it looks like a knee issue.
