All the latest injury news surrounding Crystal Palace and Liverpool ahead of their Carabao Cup clash.

Meanwhile, Liverpool suffered their fourth straight Premier League defeat, losing away to Brentford. Here we round up the latest injury news surrounding both sides coming into this one.

Giovanni Leoni - Out

Leoni is out long term after a nasty knee injury. Slot said at the time: “He is not in a good place because he tore his ACL, which means he will be out around a year. Being so young and coming to a new country and playing so well in your first game, it's very hard to take the positives. But you try to look at that, and that is that he is still so young, and he has so many years still to go after he recovers.”

Jeremie Frimpong - Out

Frimpong is going to be out until late November. Slot said last week: “Jeremie is not in a good place. He's definitely not going to play today, tomorrow, or next week. His hamstring injury is going to take a while.”

Alisson Becker - Out

Alisson is not expected to be out until November. Slot said last week: “He's not training with us, so he's out. Like I always say, it's so difficult to say [how long he will be out], because the end phase of rehab can always give you positives and negatives. But he will not play this weekend, and also not next week.”

Alexander Isak - Doubt

Slot said before the weekend: “Alex (Isak) is not too bad. He is a question mark for the weekend - let's see where he is.” Isak did not make it and will be a doubt here.

Ryan Gravenberch - Doubt

Gravenberch is in the same situation.

Curtis Jones - Out

Jones picked up an issue over the weekend, with Slot saying: “We have to wait and see. He asked to be taken off, but he walked off instead of needing a lot of treatment, so I have to wait and see. There are a lot of games - in three or four days, there is another one.” It’s almost certain Jones won’t be available here given the quick turnaround.

Cheick Doucoure - Out

Doucoure is going to be out until late November has he works his way back from a long-term knee injury.

Chadi Riad - Out

Riad is out here but will finally return in the next couple of weeks having worked his way back from two nasty injuries in close succession. Glasner said last week: “We have Chadi Riad, who will come back in the next two weeks and start training with us.”

Kporha has been out with a back injury and Glasner has not suggested he will return yet.
