During October, AS Roma have been linked with Nottingham Forest’s Arnaud Kalimuendo and Manchester United’s Joshua Zirkzee.
Both players have struggled for game time at their clubs this season.
24-year-old Zirkzee has made just one start for Manchester United, playing only 82 minutes in the Premier League. Kalimuendo joined Nottingham Forest in the summer, but hasn’t started once in the Premier League.

The newspaper state the duo want to leave their current clubs due to lack of game time. Zirkzee and Kalimuendo are keen on finding ‘top form’ soon.
Roma are struggling in attack, with neither Artem Dovbyk nor Evan Ferguson having impressed. As a result, sporting director Ricky Massara is considering loaning one of Zirkzee or Kalimuendo. The Italian giants can also offer an option to buy in a January deal.
There is no indication of contact with Manchester United or Nottingham Forest. The report states only one of the two will be signed in the winter.
Roma are desperate to sign a striker and this can prove to be an opportunity for Zirkzee or Kalimuendo.
